Booking Terms
These terms apply to course, coaching and training requests made with Ocean Tigers Freedivers.

How a booking is confirmed
Submitting the form, email or WhatsApp request does not confirm a place. A booking is confirmed only after Ocean Tigers replies, agrees the course and dates, and receives the requested deposit.
Prices and payment
Prices are charged in Mexican pesos (MXN). Any USD amount is an estimate and may change with the exchange rate. The accepted payment method and balance due date are confirmed directly with you. Bank, card or platform fees may apply when disclosed before payment.
Participant information
You must provide accurate contact, experience and medical information, complete the required agency forms and tell the instructor about any condition that could affect safe participation. Minors require the applicable parent or guardian authorization.
Schedule and conditions
Schedules may be spread across several days and adjusted when possible. Pool, classroom, boat and ocean times depend on availability, weather, sea conditions and safety. Ocean Tigers may change the order, time or location of sessions when reasonably necessary.
Course requirements
Certification is not guaranteed by payment or attendance. It is awarded only when the knowledge, water skills, safety standards and current agency requirements are completed. Additional sessions may be recommended and may involve an additional charge agreed in advance.
Equipment and third parties
Included equipment and third-party services vary by course and are confirmed before booking. Participants must use equipment responsibly and follow the instructions of Ocean Tigers, boat crews, pool operators and training agencies.
Safety and conduct
The instructor may stop or modify an activity for safety, weather, medical, behavioral or ability reasons. Participants must not train under the influence of alcohol or drugs and must follow buddy, recovery breathing and supervision rules.
Applicable terms
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico and do not limit any mandatory consumer right. Questions should be raised with Ocean Tigers first so that a practical solution can be sought.
